Job Title: Experienced Security Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Respond to security alarms and handle disturbances, monitor and authorize entrance and departure of visitors and staff
- Patrol the premises and adjacent areas
- Direct traffic to and from the main building
- Implement a daily log keeping system that ensured 100% recording of all incidents taking place during duty hours.
- Perform safety inspections in order to flail off any negative activity
- Protect company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment
- Investigate and report any nefarious activity
- Take necessary action on spot when needed
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position
- Trained security officer with diploma
- Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
- Surveillance skills and detail orientation
- Integrity and professionalism
- Pleasant personality, mature, positive attitude, enthusiastic person, service mind
- Well-organized and Strong communication skill
Job Title: Experienced Secretary
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
- File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
- Document expenses and hand in reports
- Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate
Requirements
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Good computer literate (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Internet)
- Pleasant personality, mature, positive attitude, enthusiastic person, Well-organized and Strong communication skill
- Interested candidates should possess minimum of OND in Secretariat Study.
