Job Title: Communications Executive (Sales)

Location: Mainland, Lagos

Job Description

• Have you got a flair for creating innovative marketing strategies?
• Can you ‘think outside the box’ and know how to engage clients through imaginative communication methods?
• This role is all about being creative in both your communication style and your strategies and finding engaging ways to get clients on board.

Summary of Position

• The primary responsibility is to make outbound phone calls pro-actively to up-sell the Company’s products and services.
• To build and manage telephone relationships with existing and prospective clients, and efficiently deal with all enquiries from existing customers through to a satisfactory conclusion, ensuring repeat business by projecting a positive and professional image to the customers at all times.

• Answering incoming calls
• Up-selling products and services
• Updating client accounts
• Processing customer correspondence
• Computer literate

• Raise and processing sales orders accurately through to dispatch
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Problem solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Track record of achieving targets
• Good organizational skills
• 1-2 years experience within sales / customer services
