Office Manager/ Receptionist At American Multinational Online Transportation Network Company

Our Client is an American multinational online transportation network company headquartered in San Francisco, California. It develops, markets and operates an app which allows consumers with smartphones to submit a trip request in each operating country. They have an opening for Office Manager/ Receptionist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
Ordering stationery and furniture
Preparing letters, presentations and reports



KEY REQUIREMENTS:

2-3 years proven working experience in similar role
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Good interpersonal skills
Solid communication skills both written and verbal
Organisational skills
Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
HND/University Degree
