Job Title: Head of ICT/ Operations

Detailed Job Description

The role will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of strategic and operational plans for the ICT department, deployment and management of the technology infrastructure and all ICT processes and systems, to meet the requirements of the business.
The role will oversee and manage RSA-related operations, including transactions or interactions with all stakeholders e.g. RSA account holders, PFCs, etc. and also oversee the maintenance and update of the database of registered members.
Qualifications and Experience

First Degree in Computer Engineering or other relevant discipline
8 – 10 years relevant experience with at least 3 years in a Management role.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Advanced knowledge of network management and security system
Advanced knowledge of TCP/ IP protocol
Exposure to data processing, hardware platforms and outsourced systems.
Working knowledge of system development standards, policies and procedures
In-depth knowledge of applicable laws and regulations as they relate to Information Technology

Job Title: Head of Risk Management/Compliance

The role will be responsible for developing, implementing and coordinating the organisation’s risk management strategy, ensuring compliance with control procedures and risk management frameworks through continuous identification, measurement and reporting of risk position.
In addition, the role will monitor compliance with regulations, circulars, directives, etc. issued by PENCOM as well as the corporate governance policies of the Company.
Qualifications and Experience

First Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
MBA is an added advantage
Minimum of 8 years relevant work experience, with at least 3 years in an Audit-related function at middle management level
Demonstrate a proven ability to manage market, liquidity and enterprise risk
Deep understanding of risk management trends in the local & international financial services industry
Clear understanding and knowledge of the business objectives and processes of various functions

Job Title: Head, Business Research/Investment – Pensions

The role will be responsible for implementing the company’s investment policies as directed by the Investment Committee, managing and maintaining a balanced investment portfolio.

The Head, Business Research / Investment will project the Company’s cash flow position at regular intervals, track and update corporate actions on fund portfolio.

The role will also be required to provide periodic market intelligence reports on the performance of key macroeconomic variables, interest rates movement, exchange rates, etc.

Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

The role will be involved in directing and overseeing all aspects of the Finance and Accounting function of the organisation, including providing recommendations to enhance business and financial performance; financial input and leadership for decision making; and monitoring performance of the Company against budget.
The CFO will also be required to manage the Company’s relationships with relevant stakeholders including the External Auditor, PENCOM, Pension Fund Custodians and Banks.
Qualifications and Experience

First Degree or its equivalent in Accounting, Economics or other numerate discipline.
An MBA or M.Sc in a Finance-related discipline is desirable.
A professional accounting qualification such as ACA or any other equivalent qualification from a recognized professional body.
Minimum of 15 years post-qualification experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
Good understanding of micro and macro-economic indices and their impact on the business
Advanced financial and accounting knowledge, including understanding of Finance best practices, international as well as Nigerian accounting and financial reporting standard
Good understanding of relevant financial regulations.
Strong business acumen and tact, and an ability to relate with highest levels of Management at financial institutions.
