Job Title: Procurement Manager
Location:
 Any City, Nigeria
Job Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that local Purchase Orders are raised and issued on time
  • Ensure that all orders are delivered as required and in timely manner
  • Conducting Price Intelligence surveys especially for regular required items
  • Conducting periodic market surveys for new and good quality products
  • Keeps all local Purchase Order Booklets currently in use as well as related purchasing documents
  • Monitoring the stock levels in the store to ensure that requests are made on time to replenished used items
  • Receiving and checking vendor’s invoice before they are sent for payment
  • Carry-out other assignment as required

Educational Qualifications

  • A good first degree (minimum of second class lower division) in Purchasing & Supply, Business Management, Economics, or other related fields obtained from a reputable institution.
  • MBA is an added advantage
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience 3 of which must have been spent in a purchasing function within a large organization

Professional Qualifications:

  • Membership of the institute of purchasing & supply will be added advantage

Competence Requirements:

  • Excellent written & oral communication skills
  • Good grasp of the Nigeria marketing environment
  • Excellent cost control skills
  • Good bargaining skills
  • Computer literacy especially in MS Word, Excel, etc.
  • Good Analytical Skills
  • Good Initiative

Job Title: Financial Accountant
Location:
 Any City, Nigeria
Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for clients’ trade receivables management and collection.
  • Monthly reconciliation with clients and expense/budget comparative analytics.
  • Monthly reconciliation of bank accounts and daily provision of bank position.
  • Register of company fixed deposit investments.
  • Assist in data entry into scala
  • Assist in payroll preparation and perform general ledger reconciliation of balance sheet items.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or HND qualification in Accounting with a minimum of Second Class Lower.
  • An MBA is an added advantage
  • Must be skilled in Accounting and Microsoft IT packages with a minimum of 1 to 4 years cognate experience in similar positions.

Professional Qualifications:

Job Title: HSE Officer
Location:
Any City, Nigeria
Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Accident reporting as well as ‘near misses’
  • Identification of unsafe conditions and acts with a view to addressing them
  • Ensures that pictorial warning signs are strategically depicted in all the Group’s functional areas
  • Assists in conducting Environmental Impact Assessment
  • Assists in auditing the Group’s operating environment
  • Assist in creating environmental awareness among staff working in the Group
  • Carrying out other responsibilities as may be assigned

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences, Biochemistry,
    Chemical Engineering or relevant field with a minimum of 2 years cognate
    experience.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite(Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Professional Qualifications:

  • Membership of any relevant professional certification will be an added advantage

Competence Requirements:

  • Understanding of Environmental Protection Laws
  • Good knowledge of Public Health practices
  • Proper knowledge of Nigerian Environmental factors
  • Good knowledge of the Group’s product especially as they relate to the environment
  • Proper understanding of standard Health practices
  • Waste management skills

Job Title: Fireman / Fire Engine Driver
Location:
Any City, Nigeria
Job Responsibilities

  • Carry-out routine fire patrol across the terminal.
  • Ensuring that all emergency and fire flghting equipment are in a ready and fit-to-use state at all times.
  • Turn out to every fire scene within the terminal and outside the terminal as shall be directed.
  • Initiate the firefighting/ fire suppression through the
    deployment of equipment not limited to the fire engine alone. Carry-out V
    daily routine maintenance checks on the fire appliance, water tanker
    and other ancillary equipment.
  • Responsible for replenishing water and foam compound in the fire
    appliance after every turn out. Responsible for driving the fire
    engine/water tanker,to and fro every fire scene and for other operations
    as shall be directed.
  • Participate in salvage and rescue operations to limit loss/injury tO equipment and personal during any incident. V
  • Perform stand-by duties to monitor discharge/loading operations
    of flammables and volatile chemicals. Conduct fire evacuation drills
    bi-annually and ensure good awareness of the terminal’s emergency
    procedures.
  • Carry-out other duties as assigned. Competence Requirements Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills

Educational Qualification

  • Minimum of SSCE with relevant Fire/Safety certificate or Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in a similar position.
  • Candidate for this position must have current Driver’s License for Fire Engine categories of trucks.
  • Satisfactorily demonstration use of firefighting skills with Mercedes Benz Actros 2031.

Professional Qualification:

  • Relevant professional certification will be an added advantage.
