Job Title: Legal Services Manager

Requirement

• 5-8 years working experience in a corporate organization.

Job Description 

• Preparation & Review of all contractual agreement for the company.
• Monitor and document all reports, records books of company secretariat.
• He / She must not be more than 35 years of age with good understanding of Corporate governance.
• Organizes all statutory meetings, board meetings, audit committee, annual AGM.
• Ensure the Company compliance with relevant corporate governance.
