Job Title: Associate: Graphics Designer 


Details:

      Job Description:

Meeting clients to understand and document requirements.
Drawing up detailed design specifications including flow charts.
Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, font type, size and style.
Prepares final layout print-ready files of art.
Upload designs to relevant platforms including social media, content management systems, etc.
Design and layout of electronic and print materials including flyers, posters, banners, collaterals, logos, invitations, postcards, newsletters, newspaper ads, social media, etc.
Working with other stakeholders including digital marketers and web developers;
Researching current design trends;
Continual professional development to keep up to date with new design concepts.
Ability to meet tight deadlines
      Technical Competency:

User Interface (UI) and User eXperience (UX) design;
Understanding of production, pre-press, print and web-based technologies
Photography and Image Enhancement
Animated GIFs
Web Technologies including HTML and CSS
CMS Platforms including WordPress and/or Opencart;
Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Fireworks, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects;



Job Title: Associate: Web Developer 


Details:


      Job Description:

 Meeting clients to understand and document requirements.;
Drawing up detailed website / application specifications including flow charts;
Designing sample page layouts and mockups;
Designing visual imagery and ensuring it is in line with company branding policy or the requirements of the client;
Proof-reading content and grammar and making changes where necessary;
Editing content, debugging code and re-designing web pages;
Working with other stakeholders including digital marketers and graphic designers;
Post-sales technical support;
Training client’s staff;
Researching current design trends;
Continual professional development to keep up to date with new software developments.
Ability to meet tight deadlines
       Technical Competency:

User Interface (UI) and User eXperience (UX) design;
Web Hosting including Cpanel / FTP;
Web Technologies including PHP / MySQL;
System Integration, API, Web Services.
PHP Frameworks including Codeigniter and/or Laravel;
CMS Platforms including WordPress and/or Opencart;
Adobe Creative Suite including Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Fireworks;

Job Title: Associate: Business Development 


General Summary:

Responsible for growing company’s client base across the company’s business segments including TS, DM and ITC.

   Job Description:

Identifying new sales leads
Pitching products and/or services
Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
Continual professional development to keep up to date with new industry trends.
Ability to meet tight deadlines
   Technical Competency:

Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
Developing quotes and proposals
Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
