Job Title: Chief Security Officer
Responsibilities
Oversee and ensure the the safety of all staff and property of the Company
Develop, execute, monitor and evaluate security strategy of the business .
Train security team in the latest and most effective security techniques
Provide periodic and ad-hoc reports as required by management
Work with management to develop security budget and execute according to budget
Requirements
Military, Police, DSS or similar background with minimum rank of Lieutenant or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years security experience
Service history must include experience in intelligence, forensics or similar roles
Experience with infantry, mobile forces, special forces and in industry is an added advantage
Job Title: Technical Manager
Responsibilities
Drive the overall maintenance and management of all farm equipment and implements Develop maintenance plan and budget, and execute according to set timelines
Coordinate the technical team to monitor and evaluate compliance with maintenance plan
Collate, analyse and present periodic maintenance reports to management
Requirements
First degree in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar field
Minimum of 7 years work experience with at least 4 years in leadership role
Experience with diagnostics and maintenance of Massey Ferguson tractors and CAT Bulldozers
Understanding of maintenance of hydraulics, transmission and braking systems
Ability to disassemble/reassemble engines
Experience in fabrication is an added advantage
Job Title: Chief Financial Officer
Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end financial and accounting processes of the Company
Lead budget and audit process of the company
Prepare and report management and financial accounts to Management
Drive overall regulatory compliance of the business
Review the accounting system of the company at regular intervals to reflect best practices
Requirements
B.Sc or HND in Accounting
ICAN/ACCA Chartered
Minimum of 8 years work experience with at least 4 years work experience in a leadership role within the finance or accounting function of a reputable organization
Experience in a manufacturing business is an added advantage
