- We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales/Marketing Executive to help us build up our business activities.
- You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects sourcing for property that is within the Lekki area
- The goal is to meet and surpass the company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth .
Requirements
- Proven experience as a sales executive/marketer or relevant role – Banking sector or others
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- High school degree;
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techni
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities within a stipulated area and actively follow up these leads to translate to a sale
- Work with other agents and professionals to provide listings for their customer requests
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on the property market, viable opportunities and marketable deals for clients
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team to achieve better results
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Scout the entire Lekki area for vacnt properties for sale and to lease and list them with RE/MAX
