Job Title: Hosting Business Development Manager, VAS
Location: Lagos
Responsibility
- Assist in business model creation and process for Hosting Project based on deep understanding of VAS (Value-added Services) market.
- Support hosting service business development, business case development, commercial negotiation and communication.
- Assists in the development and implementation of the strategic business development.
- Support hosting projects in terms of development plans, key milestone assessment as well as project governance.
- Participates in the development of short-term and long-term objectives, Participates in the proposal process, proposal development, and client presentations.
- Assists in the development and implementation of the strategic business development.
- Effective communication with executive customers.
Job Qualification
- Experience: 3+ years in the Business Development of Value Added Services in the Telecom Company or VAS service provider.
Required skill:
- Understanding of VAS business processes.
- Ability to understand the impact of business operational decisions on organizational initiatives.
- Ability to innovate, coordinate and report findings to different Business Units.
- Excellent skills in listening, presentation, negotiation, closing and follow-up skills.
- Result-orientated, passionate and a team player.
Language:
- Proficiency in verbal and written English.
- Good communication skills.
Job Title: Hosting Digital Marketing Manager, VAS
Location: Lagos

Responsibility
- Establish campaign methodology and process for Hosting Project based on deep understanding of mobile internet and telecom VAS (Value-added Services) channel marketing.
- Support hosting service business development and hosting service operation solution, business case development, commercial negotiation and communication.
- Monitor and analyze digital services adoption trends, operation data, provide promotion suggestion, communicate with respective team or department to coordinate operation flow.
- Support hosting projects in terms of delivery plan, key milestone assessment as well as project governance.
- Focus on digital service adoption techniques not limited to traditional VAS promotion channels , and provide improvement suggestions on campaign methodology
- Organize digital media promotion activities, provide and implement promotion plans, and manage promotion channels.
- Support financial and settlement work flow.
- Effective communication with executive customers.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years in the digital services department of Telecom industry, Internet Company or VAS service provider.
Required skill:
