Job Title: Health Operations Coordinator

Location: Lagos

Description

  • You will liaise with key stakeholders in medical centers/hospital to meet agreed SLAs on provision of quality health service through installation of medical equipment and conducive healthy clinical environment.

Your duties will include but not limited to:

  • Collaboration with the Healthcare facility stakeholders including clinical, administration, medical specialist & consultants for operation effectiveness
  • Provision of expertise to manage and maintain the healthcare facility infrastructure, assets, systems & processes, technology and equipment
  • Improving the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission — specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
  • Regular meetings with MD around fiscal planning
  • Management of agency budget in coordination with the Executive Director.
  • Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence
  • Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team.
  • Takes decisions on matters relating to the day to day retail operation within defined work area including the strategic planning of resources
  • Work closely with the managing director to understand the strategic goals of the business unit and develop strategies to meet set objectives
  • Implement appropriate management/staff performance and training incentive programs, and technology improvement throughout the period of the agreement.
  • Present & propose specific action steps and timelines to implement needed renovations and corrections.
  • Provide the necessary soft and hard services required for maintaining the Radiology Department’s physical space and infrastructure.

Requirements
Educational Requirements:

  • First Degree in Health Management Related Course
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in health industry
  • Masters in Public Health/Health Management is an added advantage.
