We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Factory Manager

Location: Kogi

General Purpose

  • Provide personal administrative support to management staff and the company through conducting and organizing administrative duties and activities including receiving, processing, handling and forwarding information.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the general operations of the company
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
  • Plan, strategise, direct all the various business targets of the company
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements
  • Maintain schedules and calendars
  • Arrange and confirm appointments
  • Organize internal and external events
  • Create and revise systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, Record keeping systems, forms control, office layout, and budgetary requirements
  • Set up work procedures, collate information and maintain database
  • Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
  • Liaison with internal and external contacts
  • Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally
  • Operate office equipment, resolve administrative problems by coordinating Preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solution
  • Report every details of operations to the Managing Director

Education and Experience

  • Relevant Experience in the Food Services Industry
  • Relevant training or qualification
  • knowledge and experience of relevant software applications – spreadsheets, Word processing, and database management
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
  • Knowledge of business principles
  • Proven experience of producing correspondence and documents
  • Proven experience in information and communication management
