Job Title: Hotel Front Desk Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
Job functions includ but not limited to:
- Manage and monitor activities of all employees in the front office to ensure adherence to standard
- Oversees and participate in the prompt and courteous check-in and check-out of guest.
- Keep effective key control and participates in matters relating to customer room security
Requirements
- Minimum of 5years working experience in Hospitality especially front desk.
- Advanced knowledge in OPERA.
