We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Information Technology Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • The IT technical support officers will monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of the organization like installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
  • Talking staff/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or Over the telephone;
  • Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving Hardware/software faults;
  • Replacing parts as required;
  • Providing support, including procedural documentation;
  • Supporting the roll-out of new applications;
  • Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues;
  • Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs;
  • Working continuously on a task until completion
  • Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time;
  • Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals (eg, software developers); testing and evaluating new technology;
  • Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.

Requirement

  • Minimum of HND and certification in relevant areas.




Job Title: Accountant, Internal Auditor

Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Provides financial and auditing information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.
  • Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
  • Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
  • Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
  • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
  • Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
  • Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
  • Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
  • Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
  • Objectively review an organization’s business processes
  • Evaluate the efficacy of risk management procedures that are currently in place
  • Protect against fraud and theft of the organization’s assets
  • Ensure that the organization is complying with relevant laws and statutes
  • Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
  • Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
  • Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
  • Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
  • Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Accomplishes the result by performing the duty.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
