Our client is a leading Nigerian fashion brand which specializes in the designing and production of handcrafted bags, shoes, fashion accessories, corporate gift items with African, continental and a variety of materials.

 Job Title: Executive Assistant, Strategy Execution & Business Development

Job Responsibilities.

Social Media Management
Keep website updated
Manage Social media channels of the company
Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
Sales & Marketing Support
Drive business development activities to drive product sales, generate new clients and take advantage of market opportunities
work closely with other employees in all areas of marketing and communications, including devising and presenting ideas and strategies, promotional activities, managing campaigns on social media etc.
Utilize CRM tools to track the progression of sales leads

Client service

Respond to customer enquiries, providing turnaround within three hours.
Develop and maintain a positive client relationship by providing routine follow-up customer service calls
Manage and maintain a database of current clients
Obtain feedback/challenges from clients about our services & debrief internal stakeholders
Administration and Management Support
Assisting the COO and MD with developing and managing key relationships.
Initiating and overseeing the on-going follow up action after meetings.
Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports
Follow through with planning, implementation and execution of new ventures and projects.
Manage initiatives that focus on driving new projects, processes improvements and customer experience enhancements on behalf of the CEO.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate will be a professional employed in a progressive corporation/ organisation.
Degree or equivalent required (relevant experience will be considered)
0-2 years experience
