Education & Required Capabilities

  • University Degree and ideally a minimum of 2 years’ experience in ABInBev Sales environment or similar FMCG Company, with an exceptional performance track record
  • Persuasiveness and selling ability
  • Good understanding of premium execution and be able to differentiate between mainstream execution and premium execution
  • Ability to have commercial conversations on High End Brands with Customers
  • Ability to influence customers and consumers
  • Proven verbal ability and communication skills in current role
  • Sound interpersonal skills, creativity and ability to mix with other people
  • Ability to manage self and territory
  • Strong achievement orientation and never satisfied with
  • Valid Driver’s license
  • Ability to have commercial conversations on High End Brands with Customers
  • Ability to influence customers and consumers
  • Proven verbal ability and communication skills in current role



Key Deliverables and Accountabilities

  • Building experiences in trade that will enable Topline Growth
  • Bring about innovation in the beer category
  • Maximize sales volume and market share:
    • Implement National / Regional campaigns in relation to the segment channel management process
    • Achieve pre-determined sales / brands and market share targets
    • Influence liquor retail pricing within segments
    • Maintain stock levels within segments
  • Service outlets:
    • Develop sound business relationships
    • Maintain customer call rate as per ABInBev tailored service packages
    • Provide merchandising support by means of BTL placements and cold category solutions
    • Handle Customer and Consumer complaints and queries
    • Manage product quality in relation to ABInBev quality standards
    • Manage sales administration
    • Determine pre-call planning objectives
