Job Title: Bid Engineer

Job Summary
To support the acquisition of new projects and project bids by conducting analysis on new business opportunities.

Job Description
Preparation of proposals to clients in various areas of company interest
Preparation of bids; response to clients tenders either soft or hard copies
Monitor Nipex portal and other portals for opportunities
Meeting with contacts for bids tendered for or about to be tendered for
Sourcing for vendors in various areas of interest of the company
Getting intelligent inside information from contacts on proposals and areas to look out for
Sourcing for partners for bids and to execute projects
Research market opportunities the company can engage in
Sourcing for business from contacts in various areas of business
Take up NCD roles as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences or Business Administration related field.
Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years cognate work experience preferably within a reputable and structured business environment

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description
We are currently in search of a Talent acquisition Specialist on full term engagement who will handle the talent acquisition cycle from recruitment to exit.

Key Responsibilities
Effectively utilize tools such as search engines, job boards, LinkedIn and social channels to source candidates
Demonstrate success in direct sourcing techniques to include cold calling and internet searches
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
Determine selection criteria – Design JDs and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
Create strong talent pipelines for the Organization
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
Lead employer branding initiatives
Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
Gain market intelligence including and understanding of the talent landscape
And other duties as assigned
