Job Title: Accounting Assistant
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- This is a mid-level position which provides accounting support to the head of account by performing a number of financial task.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND or eqivalent in Accounting
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Knowledge of double entry principle of accounting
- Petty Cash management
- Assist with annual budget preparation as required
- Assist the Finance Manager with monthly general ledger reconciliation
- Two years practical accounting experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with the use of variety of applications including Microsoft word and Execl
- Ability to perform basic accounting functions
- Prepare monthly payslip.
