FITC Nigeria was established in 1981 as a non profit organization limited by guarantee, based on the Company’s Act of 1968, in response to the recommendations of the Pius Okigbo Committee set-up by the Federal Government of Nigeria to review the Nigerian financial system. It is owned by the Banker’s Committee, which comprises of the Central Bank of Nigeria, the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation, all licensed banks and discount houses in Nigeria.

Full Description

The Business Analyst will be a key member of the CEO team, acting as business advisor and responsible for market intelligence research and conducting detailed analysis to obtain insights that will be beneficial for executive decision-making and competitive edge.

Technical Requirements
Experience in analytics, agility, process improvement, market intelligence research, business/financial modelling, power point presentations, word or excel, Data analysis and presentation, forecasting, budgeting, Project Management, in-depth understanding of reporting methodologies, Strategic Planning, Business Model Analysis, Process Design, Systems Analysis and ability to collaborate across cross-functional groups and stakeholders to uncover fresh insights is required

Educational Qualifications
First degree in Computer, Statistics, Business, Engineering or any numerate discipline; An MBA or relevant professional qualification will be an advantage; minimum of 5 years’ experience in business/financial modelling, data analytics and reporting; knowledge of e-payments business and products, good knowledge of e-payments business and products

Strategic orientation, leadership skills; integrity; honesty; excellent communication skills, thorough understanding of business principles and practices; strong interpersonal skills to engage peers, senior management team and external stakeholders; proven ability to motivate in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
