Job Title: FPSO Logistic Officer – Ladol (Local)

Location: Nigeria

Job Description
The scope of the SERVICE comprises:

  • Report Monthly Manpower status to HR
  • Make initial arrangements to allocate the workspaces, accesses, equipment, phone/email access, office orientation, etc. for new employees and visitors.
  • Focal point and Coordinate local logistic services such as movement by boat and/or shuttle for all company personnel/visitor and managing PTS update
  • In liaison with SHI, prepare the application of visitor’s entry permit to SHI-MCI yard, the application of new comers’ SHI-MCI safety induction, the new comers’ SHI-MCI/LADOL badges
  • Following visitor procedure for visitors as focal point
  • Focal point for FPSO accommodation and Coordinate hotel accommodation of rotational people (if needed)
  • Coordinate with concerned entities and organise appropriate and cost-effective travel and logistics arrangements for visiting personnel and follow-up administrative matters such Agenda,…
  • Set-up Administrative Database program and organize administrative work SERVICE matrix
  • Maintain office administrative activity inc. time sheet
  • Coordinate with Cost, Planning and Administration group, if required
  • Coordinate with Project members in resolving logistics and Administrative issue
  • Coordinate Vendors’ mobilization and demobilization at worksites
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned by FPSO PCM.

HSE:

  • To attend contractor office safety induction and adapt behavior to fully comply with office security, health and safety instructions.
  • To stay vigilant and maintain continuous awareness of hazards and surroundings.
  • To participate to local programmes or initiatives to improve HSSE performances.
  • To report to Management on any issue they may face or observe and propose way of improvement.
  • To also take care of colleagues safety and behavior without hesitating to intervene as much as necessary.
  • To carefully assess hazards and risks when changes occur.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or related subject.
  • 5-8 years’ experience in administration and logistics areas
  • Good communication skills required for regular interactions with project team members, partners, affiliate and HR teams.
  • Excellent planning and organising skills.
  • Required languages: English

Job Title: SIMOPS Coordinator (Expat)

Location: Lagos

Job Description
The job holder will ensure that all activities related to the job. That covers amongst other:
Within the framework of an integrated project team:

  • To assist the Start-up manager & the OIM in identifying the activities which will be subject to a COMOPS or a SIMOPS organisation
  • To ensure that the Field Operations requirements are adequately reflected in the detailed dossiers of each of the COMOPS and SIMOPS prepared under the responsibility of the Packages
  • To participate in the various Risk Assessments to support the COMOPS and SIMOPS matrices finalization
  • To contribute to ensure strict adherence to all requirements expressed in:
    • the Group referential with particular focus on CR EP FP 450 “Drilling and Production Simultaneous Operations SIMOPS” and CR EXP 010 “Construction and Production Simultaneous Operations”
    • the PROJECT HSE standards and recommendations
  • Once validated by the OIM, to participate in the offshore coordination of the COMOPS and SIMOPS activities in:
    • Organising the offshore pre-job meetings with the relevant Packages representatives
    • Contributing to ensure that the COMOPS and SIMOPS requirements are implemented by all responsible parties (work permits, safety measures, timing, scheduling…)
  • Identifying any deviation or potential interaction and proposing remedial actions
  • To follow the PROJECT start-up plan and highlight in advance any potential interaction with the COMOPS and SIMOPS activities and propose remedial solutions

Job Requirements

  • Education: production engineer
  • Professional experience (total number of years): 10+
  • Language: Fluent in English with French an advantage.

Technical Experience:

  • Participation in commissioning and start-up activities offshore
  • Demonstrated capacities in HSE management

Job Title: Offshore Marine Superintendent (Expat)

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • The Marine Superintendent provides expertise in the specialist field of marine engineering and operations to support Deepwater District marine activity as required by directives EP19, DGEP General Policy for Marine Operations, CR LSO 200 and Marine Operations Standards.
  • Technical assistance
  • Schedule, plan, prepare, manage and supervise various offshore marine operations, and provide Company Marine Representation for marine engineering related equipment; liaising with Line Management and Client Departments as necessary.
  • Advise Offshore Installation Managers for the Marines Operations (loading & unloading cargoes, transfer of pax…)
  • Provide Marine expertise to all departments offshore (Drilling, Projects and Production) concerning marine related activities
  • Monitor the operation of all Deepwater vessels.
  • Ensure all operations under Service holder’s supervision are conducted safely and within agreed SLA’s.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the Manager of Deepwater Marine regarding Marine Operations and Vessels’ status.
  • Method
  • Ensure the implementation and application of the COMPANY Marine procedures (guidelines on approach to Offshore installations, etc.), CMS and COMPANY HSE rules by Contractors
  • Assist with the development and propose revision of marine procedures in compliance with the Company CMS
  • Monitor and propose corrective actions to Marine related anomaly reports and vessels action trackers
  • Continually monitor the fast crew boat activities with referent Captains of the contractors.
  • Assist contractor Marine operations, procedure analysis and follow up of their application on site
  • Inspections/audit/condition
  • Conduct OVID inspections for COMPANY.
  • Conduct and/or organise Entry Permit
  • DP
  • Ensure Dynamic Positioning follow-up as well as DP audits for the Fleet of COMPANY.
  • TAMO CAMO for all DP vessels
  • DP annual trials
  • Assist with all marine auditing requirements, which includes auditing of a wide range of offshore vessels, such as MODU’s and DSV and other specialist vessels, and contractors’ management systems, ensuring full compliance with Company CMS Inspect on Quarterly basis the boat landings and issue a comprehensive report regarding their conditions.
  • Conduct inspection of potential and contracted vessels and assessment of the crew
  • Provide feedback for Marine Contract Service Quality Meetings. .

HSE:
At all times, the Service holder will:

  • Demonstrate personal commitment to the HSE Policy
  • Maintain awareness of and ensure compliance with all relevant Statutory and Company HSE standards
  • Actively participate in Company safety awareness and initiative schemes
  • Participate in the incident investigation and follow-up (implementation of CTA conclusions)

In undertaking this role, the Service holder will:

  • Proactively carry out the activities of the Service.
  • Perform regular HSE meeting with contractors
  • Be responsible for achievement of agreed objectives and corrective actions defined into contractor audit plan
  • Adapt to changes in work practices and Service activities
  • Act in the best interest of the affiliate at all times.

Job Requirements

  • Class 1 Master’s certificate (STCW95) for seagoing vessel
  • 10 years’ experience as Chief Officer and Captain on Offshore Vessels (AHTS, PSV, IMR) with Full DPO Certificate
  • Hold valid OVID inspector accreditation
  • Experience in organisation, planning of personnel transport & logistics
  • Proven record of achievement within marine operations.
  • Languages: Fluent in spoken and written English.

  • Lead Business Development and Sales efforts within the Nigerian oil & gas sector and broader industrial customer base – Power, Mining, FMCG, Transportation, Manufacturing, Maritime
  • Deliver material turnover / P&L growth for the Industrial Manpower & Asset Integrity space
  • Identify and grow a network of industry clients and relationships within the target customer base – production, maintenance, operations, HSSE, asset management and leverage to anticipate client needs
  • Lead marketing/branding activities at trade fora, technical platforms, during corporate presentations/pilots and on social media to support sales growth
  • Identify potential new products or services that compliment the Group’s business lines

Support and where necessary lead contractual negotiations with the clients:

  • Independent management of commercial activities with new and existing clients,
  • Proactive identification of new business opportunities, potential risks and mitigation options
  • Cooperate with Operations and Global recruitment teams to ensure smooth execution of client contracts
  • Prepare detailed status reports / KPIs for both internal and external use

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years relevant experience in industrial/technical sales generation
  • Demonstrated track record of sales / business development growth in Nigeria oil & gas market – able to transition to other key sectors
  • Excellent customer service, client relations and multi-tasking skills
  • Proven experience with key industry regulatory stakeholders, union & trade associations
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
