Job Title: Online Sales Consultant and Analyst
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Online Sales Consultant and Analyst is responsible for delivering comprehensive product information and delightful customer service throughout the sales process
- This position will be selling the company’s products and services
- They will provide product and payment options to customers and ensure the customer receives a premium experience with personalized attention.
Qualifications
- B.Sc Holder or equivalent
- Prior successful experience working in sales
- Previous Experience working in finance or consumer banking industry with Proficient credit analysis knowledge
- Not more than 27 years
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized
- Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills
Essential Functions and Duties
- Facilitate online sales regionally and nationally via the website and all other customer touch points
- Educate customers on products available and navigate them through available payment options
- Process credit applications and assist in getting approvals when necessary
- Follow up with all aspects of each sale until the products are delivered to the customer’s home and customer is fully satisfied
- Well versed and comfortable with the computer and other sales systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and successfully by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making appropriate suggestions and recommendations.
