The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Heading a technical team, which will provide quantity surveying services for the Company.
- Construction supervision, inspection, measurement of contract works and preparation of payment certificates
- Preparation of draft cabinet papers.
- Liaising with consultants and partners on capital projects.
- Preparation of assessment /evaluation reports and attend mandatory meetings.
- Prepare contract Documents like
- preparing estimates, contract documents and reports
- Supervision of tender process inclusive of Bid Analysis of capital work to negotiation, cost control, and final account.
