Candidate is expected to have:
- A very Strong background in selling training services.
- An excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Self-motivation, drive and initiative
- An outgoing and confident approach
- Commercial and business awareness
- Ability to keep up to date with the latest clinical data and research
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Meeting sales targets
- Scheduling for and attending meetings and appointments with new, existing and potential clients
- Providing after-sales services
- Preparing and making presentations; writing sales reports
- Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns
- Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences
- Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
- Preparing and participating in promotional activities
- Organizing events and product exhibitions
- Coordinating internal marketing and an organization’s culture
