- Sound Knowledge and skills in AKRON and Stream Edge Banding operation
- Teachable mindset and learning fast
- Report writing
- Co-ordination of the unit activities
- Arranging finished panels in order
- Maintenance of of the machine on a daily basis
- Good leadership skills
- Paying attention to details
- Must be technically sound
