Job Summary
- Supervises and coordinates all production and sales activities.
- Responsible for ensuring the quality of products is uniform

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relation
- Responsible for the profit & loss account of the company
- Coordination with company staffs to run the company smoothly
- Supervise the utilization of company resources to ensure uninterrupted operations and employee/work safety
- Assist the business manager in the day to day sales operations and oversee the activity of staffs and provide decision support to the manager

Qualifications
- Must Be female between the ages of 20 – 30 years of age
- Must be at least an OND certificate holder
- Must have at least 0 -3 year experience
- Must have intermediary internet and social media skills. Knowledge in website management is not necessary but an advantage
- Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role
- Familiarity with company policies
- Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions

- The marketing manager is responsible for effectively promoting Just Afang product
- Develop and maintain relationships and communication with key partners/customers
- The marketing manager has a duty to innovate and create strategies to maximize profit.
- It is the duty of the marketing manager to get involve in overseeing employees who are responsible for updating JUST AFANG website and social media sites
- The marketing manager may host charitable fundraisers, restaurant anniversary celebrations and other special events to attract customers
- Conduct regular research analysis of existing and new digital marketing platforms to determine effectiveness
- Manage advertising and partnership development for Just Afang
- Work with social media consultant to create publicity and Provide on-site event support where necessary.
- Manage all digital marketing initiatives.
Minimum Qualification
- Minimum of an OND.
- 1-3 years experience.
