Job Title: Marketing Officer

Job Description

  • Plan and organize marketing activities in his/her catchment area to meet set targets
  • Prepare content for the publication of marketing materials and oversee distribution
  • Ensure clients are informed about our upcoming training & events
  • Prepare a comprehensive data base of clients
  • Prepare marketing budget and monitor execution
  • Prepare weekly and monthly report.
  • Raise brand awareness by organizing and attending events
  • Advertise HSE training and consulting services on various media (social, online and offline)
  • Follow-up prospects and business opportunities until completion and evaluate success
  • Liaise with companies, NYSC, schools, individuals, and other stakeholders to promote success of activities and improve company’s presence

Requirements

  • Great enthusiasm for marketing
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • A team-player with a customer oriented approach
  • Knowledge of Ms Office and Coreldraw
  • Knowledge of graphic design is a plus
  • Certificates in HSE, Project Management, Sales and Marketing
  • Passionate and persuasive communicator
  • Excellent social media and online marketing skills
  • Proven experience in marketing
  • B.Sc/HND/OND or its equivalent in any discipline.




Job Title: Administrative/Finance Officer

Location: Nationwide


Job Description

  • Liaise with management to plan and schedule dates for training
  • Liaise with marketers and trainers to ensure set targets are met
  • Ensure delivery of certified and internationally recognized training courses
  • Assist candidates through the registration process
  • Ensure classrooms are properly set-up
  • Keep stock of office supplies and place order when necessary
  • Prepare budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Manage phone calls and emails for registration
  • Suggest changes or improvements to increase efficiency and reduce wastage
  • Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation
  • Maintain record of cash inflow/outflow
  • Update office policies and procedures
  • Update company finance policy
  • Follow through on all payments, taxes, refund and transfer
  • Prepare and submit monthly financial report.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an office administrator/finance officer or similar role
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skill
  • Knowledge of office management procedures
  • Knowledge of basic accounting procedures
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping procedures
  • Time management and organizational skill

  • Knowledge of MS Excel
  • Certificates in HSE is an advantage

Job Title: Professional Trainer/Facilitator

Location: Nationwide


Job Description
Train delegates on one or more of the following courses:

  • Occupational health, safety and environmental (HSE) related courses
  • First Aid and CPR
  • Project Management Courses
  • NEBOSH IGC & NEBOSH Diploma
  • Human Resource Management
  • Food Safety and Hygiene
  • Tank Farm Operations Safety
  • Any other relevant oil and gas course

Ensure delegates excel and get certified by international bodies


Requirements

  • Train the trainer certificate in occupational Health and Safety (HSE) or its equivalent
  • Practical experience as a safety personnel in any organization
  • Knowledge in PowerPoint presentation and word
  • Relevant certifications in the area(s) of expertise
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in delivering professional courses
  • Passionate about teaching and facilitating
  • Membership of professional bodies is a plus
  • Knowledge in online marketing is plus.



Job Title: ISO Standard Trainer


Ref No: NHTI/IST/018
Location: Nationwide


Job Description

  • Facilitate lead and internal auditor courses on ISO standards (QMS, EMS, FSMS, OHSAS, etc)
  • Ensure delegates excel in external examinations based on ISO Standards

Requirements

  • IRCA or PECB Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor certificate(s) on one or more of the following ISO Standards (9001, 14001, 18001, 22000, etc)
  • Two years experience in auditing and certification of organizations
  • Practical experience in delivering ISO standard courses to participants
  • A current log of auditing/training hours, organization, contact, and standard
  • Excellent oral communication skill
  • A minimum of B.Sc or HND in any discipline
  • Certificates in occupational health and safety is a plus
  • Membership of professional bodies is also a plus
