Role Summary

  • The Sales Account Manager will play a fundamental role in identifying new markets for channel expansion within SSA as well as achieving our channel orders growth objectives.
  • This role will support Digital solutions product line. Successful candidate


  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience identifying new expansion markets in SSA
  • Experience developing new suppliers or channel partners in the SSA.
  • Track record of over-achieving business targets
  • Strong numeric and data analysis skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Significant in sales experience or supplier development in power & OG Industry
  • Willing to take risk and challenge with strong passion to win
  • Ability and willingness to travel greater than 30% of the time across SSA
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • A valid NYSC discharge or exemption certificate will be required (please indicate clearly on your resume)
  • Must have valid authorization to work full-time without any restriction in Nigeria

Essential Responsibilities

  • Identify new market/region penetration options for orders growth & expansion
  • Identify, develop & facilitate on boarding of channel partners
  • Responsible for orders booking in SAP for channel orders
  • Actively engage with channel partners to achieve assigned quarterly and yearly business metrics
  • Provide market technical requirements feedback to the product lines for NPI and product development
  • Fully utilize external & internal resources to drive business growth
  • Identify, conduct and develop new pipeline of opportunities leveraging Channels relationships
  • Conduct and/or facilitate channel partner training of assigned BHGE products
  • Engagement with DS OTR team to ensure flawless execution of orders
  • Responsible for timely generation of proposal and quotes for Channel partner deals
  • Conduct customer sites visits (2 days minimum) weekly with Channel partner to drive customer intensity
  • Drive Channel partner accountability and ownership
