Key Requirements
Minimum of 8 years’ experience
Experience on Construction projects
Experienced in the Preparation of Valuations, variations and attending negotiation meetings
Experience in the Preparation of Cash flow, project budgets and cost reports
Job Title: Team Member, Engineering
Key Requirements
Structural Engineer
Minimum of 7 years work experience
Experience in REVIT Modelling, Consultancy and Quantification for Timber, RC + Steel Structural Elements
Ability to initiate and complete work packages independently
Value Engineering for Site Construction
Skills – AutoCAD and REVIT, SketchUp is an advantage
Job Title: TEAM MEMBER, ARCHITECTURE
Key Requirements
Architect/ Draughtman, minimum 3 years’ experience
Experience in Consultancy & Quantification
Experience in REVIT object modelling
Experienced in the working drawings productions
Possesses strong focus and sense of responsibility
Use of Revit & AutoCAD critical
Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Key Requirements
Senior Civil Engineer
Minimum of 10 years work experience
Design and Analysis of Structural/Civil Elements – Timber, RC + Steel

Production of structural materials schedule
Site supervision
