Responsibilities
  • Knowledge and understanding of Sales techniques like Pipelines, etc.
  • Making appointments to meet new and existing customers
  • Maintain necessary data& records for future reference
  • Writing reports for Management and operations review
  • Setting the Sales direction and strategy for given periods and seasons
  • Directing and leading the Sales team
  • Facilitating Sales strategy, motivational and training sessions.
  • Understanding your customers’ needs
  • Making presentations to promote new products and special deals
  • Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service
  • Keeping in contact with existing customers in person and by telephone
  • Watching your competitors and the products they are offering
  • Going to conferences and seminars and keeping up with industry trends
  • Meeting sales targets
