Job Title: Sales Associate

  • The sales Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service experience, visual merchandising of stock, inventory taking and sales by delivering customer service that offers a distinctive shopping experience and drives sales results.
Responsibilities
Customer Experience:
  • Responsible for providing the absolute best customer service in the store.
  • Responsible for providing the absolute best customer service in the store.
  • Possess the ability to demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and is capable of giving expert advice.
  • Strive to create innovative ways to challenge normal retail conventions.
  • Updates clients with latest seasonal wardrope collections.
  • Captures customers feedback and help solve customer’s complaints.
  • Assists customers locate merchandise or find suitable alternatives.
  • Advise customers on utilization and care of merchandise.
  • Ensures fitting room is kept tidy and neat always, by promptly clearing merchandise and returning it to the proper area of the selling floor.
  • Provide excellent after-sales service.
Visual Merchandising:
  • Displays merchandise to attract customers to the store in order to boost sales.
  • Regularly takes stock of sales, stock rotation, displays and organization of merchandise.
  • Ensures the ambience of the store is adequately maintained by making sure the fixtures, fittings and lightings are in proper condition.
  • Maintains the quality of the store’s selling presentation by monitoring and maintaining the inventory stock on the store floor by replenishing any emptying section with new merchandise.
  • Maintains inventory in the back room in a neat and tidy manner.
  • Reorganizing items on the shop floor to enhance a pleasant shopping experience.
Inventory:
  • Adhere to loss prevention and inventory control and compliance procedures.
  • Keeps track of product inventory and assist in periodic physical inventory count.
  • Assists in processing merchandise returns and exchanges.
Sales:
  • Identify customer needs and direct them to the appropriate product, using suggestive selling.
  • Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
  • Ability to use cash registers to ring up transactions, which may involve using barcode scanners, calculators and debit card machines.
  • Place special orders or call other stores to find desired items.
  • Give concise information on the products’ specifications to aid buying.
  • Undertake retail and customer service activities within the store to optimize and exceed sales targets, profitability and customer satisfaction in conjunction with the Retail Store Manager.
Competencies
  • Must be a female between the ages of 20-28 years of age.
  • B.Sc/HND in Marketing or other related field.
  • Should possess about 1-3 years’ experience in the retail industry or related field.

Job Title: Retail Operations Officer
Location

Job Description
  • The Retail Operations Officer oversees the retail operations of all store in the different locations. She will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of operations to maximize sales and minimize costs.
  • The goal of this position is to manage our stores in ways that boost revenues and develop business.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for supervising and guiding Sales Associates towards achieving maximum performance.
  • Provide training to Sales Associates to develop their skills and enhance their job performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in the shop floor.
  • Provide solutions that address store’s performance issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Liaise with the customer service department to ensure a satisfied clientele.
  • Visits stores in different locations to ensure efficient and effective management as well as high performance sales.
  • Mentor and motivate Sales Associates to put in their best in order to achieve monthly targets.
  • Monitor inventory levels to determine the need for stock supply at each retail outlet.
  • Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store’s reputation.
  • Evaluate operational and financial records to determine sales performance of a retail store.
  • Ensures the store fulfils all legal health and safety guidelines.
  • Plan and oversee store promotional events or displays.
  • Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvement in the store.

Qualification/Competencies
  • Should possess B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field. MSc will be an added advantage.
  • Proven experience as Retail Operations Officer or in other supervisory position.
  • Knowledge of retail management best practices.
  • Ability to review and evaluate sales record and financial statements.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

Job Description
  • The Digital Marketer will work with the sales and marketing team to ensure all online activity complements offline efforts.
  • He is responsible for content strategy, social networking using company platforms, converting online visits into sales and leading digital marketing campaign from conception to execution.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
  • Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.
  • Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Responsible for planning and executing digital marketing including marketing database, email, social media, display advertising campaigns, SEO/SEM.
  • Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.
  • Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise company awareness.
  • Responsible for managing the redesign of the company website.
