 Job Title: Onboarding Officer
Location: Lagos

Job Description
  • The Onboarding Officer is primarily responsible for training merchants on how to use the mobile application for inventory and supply chain management among other features and functionalities of the application.
  • Officer will also carry out actual inventory buildup for merchants.
Specifically, he/she will perform the following:
  • Provide education and demonstration to store owner and sales representatives in the use of ProNOV
  • Update position knowledge with the understanding of the latest trend in communication and relationship building.
  • Take on any other assigned responsibility or task.
  • Carry out inventory onboarding unto the mobile app
  • Provide additional support for stores as may be needed within the use of ProNOV’s product and operations
Qualifications
  • ND/OND/IT student
  • Must be able to operate mobile applications well.

Job Title: Communication and Customer Support Officer

Description
  • ProNOV is a development project that promotes financial inclusion and access to quality healthcare for bottom of the pyramid. A critical component of ProNOV project is a mobile application for inventory management, payment collection, supply chain management, and delivery. ProNOV mobile application has been introduced to about 400 pharmacies and has a bold plan to hit 2,500 users by year ending. ProNov is a susidiary of LoftyInc Allied Partners Limited.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manage project blog and social media platforms.
  • Receive and sort merchants’ and general public enquiries about ProNov
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Handles customer complaints, escalates to appropriate departments to solve or provide alternative solutions within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions
  • Weekly strategic communications to merchants ahead of marketing
  • Other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Skills and Attributes
  • Willingness to learn, develop, and contribute
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a customer service representative
  • Strong phone handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Job Title: Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant

ProNOV mobile application has been deployed to over 300 pharmacies and has a bold plan to hit 2,500 users by year ending.ProNOV is managed by Opacus Technologies, a subsidiary of LoftyInc Allied Partners Limited.
Summary
  • The Monitoring and Evaluation position is an 18-month consultancy role that will see the M&E Consultant coordinating project monitoring and evaluation activities such as process review and compliance checking, questionnaire design, analysis, interpretation, and report writing.
Key Roles
  • Have a good understanding of the project and its components
  • Review existing measurement tool and strategy and improve on them
  • Develop mid-term evaluation tool, analyze the data, and write professional report for submittal to project sponsors and stakeholders in prescribed formats.
  • Monitor each component of the project and provide frequent input for process improvement.
  • Hold monthly meeting with designate project team members to discuss project status and issue management strategies.
  • Provide monthly, quarterly, and yearly report from field data and existing literatures in line with project goal and objectives.
  • Responsible for designing and implementing the M&E activities of the Project.
  • Develop and strengthen monitoring, verification and evaluation procedures in the field and recommend appropriate changes to the project Activity.
  • Develop M&E tools in supporting and ensuring their effective use throughout the project implementation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or higher institution of learning.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office Package
  • 5-7 years of experience in M&E with expertise in health, consumer product/retail market
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills, team management and good leadership abilities
