Job Description
- Receiving and organizing patients and getting them to see the doctor.
- Updating and keeping patients data and card records.
- Ensuring effective coordination of front office.
- Ensuring cleanliness and neatness of front office.
- Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time.
- Registration of new patients.
- Locating of patients files.
- Receive and register all calls and mails for the clinic.
- Ensure patient satisfaction at all times and report issues of dissatisfaction.
- Co-ordinate customer feedback to management.
