- Responsible for providing comprehensive Human Resources support to clients with the objective of adding value to the business.
- Explore new business opportunities while developing relationships with existing clients.
Qualifications / Experience / Skills
- First Degree in any field
- Experience in providing advice & guidance on HR issues to managers
- Experience in planning & managing full recruitment cycle
- HR operational & administration experience is essential
- Knowledge of compensation & benefit administration is essential
- Excellent organizational & communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines.
- Minimum of 2 years business development experience within HR consulting firm.
