Job Description
- The ideal candidate must have experience in all stages of sales cycle.
- They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones.
- They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with prospective clients Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
- Manage sales pipeline
- Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree 3+ years in sales and structured organisation
- Strong negotiation skills Strong communication and presentation skills
- CRM experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing
- Demonstrated sales success

Job Description
- Book reservation (hotel, flight, tour)
- Filling of application form
- Advising clients on travel arrangements, e.g. visas
- Sending out tickets to clients
- Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
- Keeping clients up to date with any changes
- Dealing with complaints.
Requirements
- Successful candidate must live in Lagos
- 1 to 3 years airline or travel agency experience in a reservations and ticketing role with at a supervisory experience.
- With ability to work under pressure and to short lead times and working on own initiatives.
Training and Knowledge:
- Amadeus or Saber – courses in reservations and ticketing (A must)
- Airline advanced passenger tariff and pricing course
- Recognized IATA or knowledge in rules and regulation of airline restrictions
- Coaching skills
- Good written and oral English language skills
- Good PC skills include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet.
