Job Description
- Effective production and dispatch plan for the month
- To ensure the manufacturing of food under a strict clean and hygenic condition
- Ensuring strict implementation of the company’s policy on Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
- Planning and coordinating operational activities of the shift team workers
- Effective inventory management to maintain smooth flow of raw materials for production
- Controlling cost of production & packaging by minimizing process waste,maximizing efficiency and taking appropriate actions to reduce downtime and improve quality
- Collaborating with maintenance personnel to ensure preventive and corrective maintenance .
- Production planning and control
- Optimal utilization of manpower
- Training of team members and colleaugues.
