The company which is listed on the trading floor of the Nigerian Stock Exchange has a Board of Directors made up of a crop of high profile and experienced professionals from the oil industry, manufacturing, and the financial services sector of the economy

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head, Alternate and Digital Channel

Location: Nigeria

Job Description

  • Develop, implement Digital marketing and sales strategy for the business using electronic channels
  • Responsible for digital channels business target – number of new customer, number of hits, click through number of sales, number of downloads, number of active clients.
  • Oversee service management of vendors and outsourced operations and execution of service level agreement.
  • Identify and build technology aggregator partnership to grow the business
  • Define and scope required digital solutions to grow sales and improve service delivery.
  • Identify opportunity in the market and implement digital alternative channels and electronic payment solutions
  • Develop and implement efficient and effective digital ecosystem partnership to drive sales and expand distribution

Reuirements

  • B.Sc in Mass communication, Marketing or any social science with Diploma in digital marketing. SEO certifications amongst others
  • Ability to supervise 2 or more people in a structured environment.
  • 6-10years working experience with relevant experience in E-Commerce, Retail and/or Digital Financial Services sales role or electronic payment roles.
