Lorache Consulting – Our client, an FMCG Conglomerate requests the service of a suitable qualified candidate to fill the position of:

Job Title: Sales IT Executive

Location: Lagos


Specific Targets/Purpose

  • Manage day to day operation on Sales IT Support
  • Ensure optimum connectivity to end users are available
  • Provide off site or remote support on Sales IT solution
  • Communicate with IT team at Head Office for any IT related activities

Requirements

  • Computer knowledge
  • Internet and Tech savvy
  • Customer query resolving skills
  • Sales Acumen
  • Customer focus
  • Excel knowledge

Qualifications/Experience

  • Graduate Or Diploma with Information Technology or equivalent.

Responsibilities/Functions
  • Periodically conduct Sales IT training
  • Ensure minimum down time on Sales IT Applications i.e. SFA, QlikView, Salon App etc.
  • Support technical key business initiatives
  • Good knowledge on Sales Org structure and working on Sales IT Initiatives
  • Working knowledge with SFA Apps and any other Mobility Soln will be added advantage
  • Ready to travel 60% time/Month
