Responsibilities
- Portioning foods according to customer specifications, including general tray set-up duties
- Ensure cleanliness of utensils, equipment and work area as you go
- Comply at all times with HACCP procedures, good hygiene and production practices.
- Record the handling time and temperatures of all meals plated/tray set at the beginning and end of the process
- Cover, label and store decanted products.
- Cling film, colour code and properly store all bulk items
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in an airline catering or hospitality industry
- Bachelor‘s Degree, OND or any relevant qualification.
- Strong people and process management skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
Monthly Salary
N44,000.00 only after all statutory deductions.

Responsibilities
- Ensure thorough supervision of personal conduct and discipline.
- Ensure the drinks are replenished through daily requisition.
- Participate in stock taking to curb fraud.
- Report any deficiency at the bar.
- Attend to customer complaints and report serious cases to the manager.
- Ensure the bar is properly cleaned.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience.
- Bachelor’s degree, OND or any relevant professional qualifications.
