Job Title: HR Recruiter
Location: Lagos

Job Description

Participating in creating and refining the recruiting plan.
Responsible with finishing daily recruitment task and finishing all positions  recruitment work independently.
Develop the new recruitment channels to make sure all the recruitment progress running smooth and work efficiently.
Overseeing recruitment cost and budget management.
Responsibility for Channel/Source Dealing.
Responsibility for recruitment system and manage the related recruitment data and report into Senior/Line Manager.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above.
At least 3 years’ proven successful experience in recruitment and talent requisition field in IT/finance/Internet/Banking/Gaming/Management consulting  industry is preferred.
Know how to deal with recruiting/sourcing processes and organization, systems and tools.
Have some local recruiting resource and familiar with local recuirting market , can finish the recruitment work plan timely.
Good at interviewing and offer negotiation
Personality:

With headhunting background (1-2years or above)
Smart people/quick learner/team player
Proactive/aggressive and confident
Good personality; can do attitude
Has integrity.

Job Title: HR Payroll & Recruiter
Location: Lagos

Job Description

Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and capturing data;
Update payroll records by capturing changes in exemptions, allowances, insurance coverage, savings deductions, job title and department/division transfers, and any other changes that may occur within the month;
Prepare reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages amongst other reports;
Ensure employees are paid on time and their payslips are distributed by the last day of every month;
Ensure that the statutory reports such as PAYE, NSSF, NHIF are submitted to the Finance department by the end of every month;
Resolve payroll discrepancies after analyzing information;
Provide payroll information when required and address any payroll related complaints that may arise;
Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures; advise on any changes required;
Protect payroll operations by keeping all information confidential;
Ensure that the company is compliant to all laws that relate to payroll processing;
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:

Hold a University Degree in a business related field with an emphasis in Finance / Accounting / Human Resource(HR);
CPA(K) or ACCA;
Have at least 3 years working experience in Payroll. Experience in payroll outsourcing will be an added advantage;
Project management skills & proficiency in Payroll Software, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
Demonstrate strong analytical skills.
Competencies:

Attention to detail and Data Entry Skills;
High sense of confidentiality and integrity;
Working knowledge of a payroll software;
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize;
Effective time management with ability to work under minimum supervision.

Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Lagos

Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial business development manager who is passionate about our mission of driving financial inclusion in Africa.
You will build and execute partnerships in a number of verticals and be responsible for owning the end to end process from initial sale through negotiation to go live.
This is an opportunity to join an early stage team to launch a new business.

Responsibilities

Work with executive leadership to develop strategies, business cases and action plans and take charge of turning these into on the ground relationships and live products.
Establish a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and customer needs and leverage those insights to advocate for partner integrations that will lead to maximum business and customer success.
Own the partner lifecycle on both a strategic and operational level, including initial business planning, commercial negotiations, project management of technical requirements and integrations and ongoing relationship management.
Collaborate cross-functionally with senior stakeholders including operational, product management, engineering and marketing teams to coordinate initiatives. Willing to act in multiple roles to unblock technical and operational teams.
Basic Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher from a top university
3+ years of relevant experience, with a proven background in launching offerings successfully in the Nigerian marketplace
Experience and network in one or more of the following verticals: VAS providers, banks, billers, merchants, agents
Technical enough to work closely with software engineers
Able to investigate and define opportunities with supporting data and analysis including the development of models in Excel
