Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Location: Owerri, Imo
Job Summary
- To define and ensure the adherence to appropriate Human Resource Management framework and procedures so as to minimize non-compliance with the policies & procedures as well as regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- First degree or its equivalent from any recognized institution in management or any related course.
- Membership of relevant professional body will be an added advantage with minimum of ten years hands-on working experience in a manufacturing organization.
Key Functions & Responsibilities
- Deliver recruitment services and advice to hiring managers within the business in order to manage expectations.
- Deliver a full range of HR generalist advice and services in line with the organization’s policies and procedures.
- Ensure workforce is performance driven.
