Job Title: National Sales Manager (Babies and Personal Care Product)

Job Description

  • The successful candidate will report to the National Business Sales Manager on functional responsibilities and administrative duties. He will be responsible for supervising all the sales and distribution programs, logistics and administrative activities in the assigned territory.
  • He will ensure that expenditure is controlled and in line with a monthly operational budget and generate targeted performance return for the company.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Responsible for efficient utilisation of company assets in the assigned territory.Manage sales team through accompaniments to enhance performance.
  • Recommend on the job training for the teamParticipate in the development of training materials for the sales force. Hold regular monthly review meeting with team to develop strategies to grow the business.
  • Prepare Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly sales and distribution report according
  • Responsible for all Sales and efficient Distribution activities in the assigned territory.Responsible for implementing and driving sales and distribution initiatives in the assigned territory.Responsible for Customers Order Management and Sales to achieve Volume and Value Targets.Responsible for sales promotional strategy implementation, execution and evaluation.
  • Responsible for Customers performance review in Value and Volume as against targetRecommend appropriate Strategies to improve sales and achieve customers’ targets.Responsible for handling all Customers complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Gather market intelligence report on competitors’ activities within the assigned Territory.Give feedback to the company on customers’ response to company products and other activities.
  • Execute and supervise all brand and trade activation and support activities in the territory.
  • Ensure timely update on competitors’ activities and report same to the management.
  • Carry out all market activations in the Territory in accordance with the company policy.

 

Job Title: Social Media/Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description

  • The candidate will be an Internet savvy, serial media/online marketing expert, with sound marketing acumen, intellectually sound and shrewd, with a rich experience in digital marketing solutions.
  • Experience working with FMCG brands is a must.

Job Responsibilities

  • Executes a comprehensive social media strategy that raises visibility and traffic for target audiences and followers
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance on a day to day basis for impact on target audiences – translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the Social Media campaigns.
  • Create monthly editorial content calendars for each brand within the portfolio
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written).
  • Customer relationship manager, online monitoring, listening and evaluation.
  • Cultivate a social media referral network
  • Copy, edit articles, press releases and other content from freelancers
  • Research and source material for content.
  • Working with sales and marketing team to create ideas
  • Manage social media presence and execute maintenance on social media properties and accounts -Integra, Google Plus, Facebook, Pinterest and Twitter
  • Become an advocate for the Company in Social Media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate. I.e. Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads.
  • Analyze Social Media statistics: Likes, impression, reach to generate insights from site metrics and implementing same to improve site performance Manage freelancers while providing collaboration and training as needed.
  • Analyse marketing initiatives – Responsible for metrics and delivering monthly reports and measuring ROI Community Building: Research and identify Communities, Sub-Groups from various touch point of each regions ( Music, Football, Comedy, Celebrity e.t.c ) and develop how the organization can leverage this partnerships.

Qualifications Experience and Attributes

  • Any combination of education and training equivalent to possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related areas;
  • Such education should be at a level which demonstrates the ability to perform duties comparable to those listed herein.
