- The ideal candidate must currently be working as a Business Development Officer in an Agriculture Company.
- Growth and market position of the organization, including the development of business relationships that will positively impact the organization.
- Sourcing of markets for the farm products
- Maintaining customer relationships, locating and developing relationships with new clients in order to grow the business,
- Creating and presenting material to clients
- Identifying new trends in the industry
- Advising the company on how to capitalize on market trends, enhancing the organization’s reputation among clients and participating in pricing solutions.
Our client who has interest in Real Estate & Farming has mandated us to hire an experienced candidate for the Real Estate arm of the Business:
Job Title: Business Development Manager- Real Estate
- The ideal candidate must currently be working as a Business Development Manager in a Real Estate firm.
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects researching and analyzing sales options.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity and Sales Planning.
- MUST have 7-10 years experience in marketing/Sales in Real Estate.
- Candidate must be outspoken and able to communicate effectively.
- Candidate should be able to supervise other sales team members
Our client is a group of Company with interest in Real Estate Development and Agriculture urgently require the services of Self-Motivated, Energetic & Result-oriented Expatriate to fill the position below:
Job Title: General Manager, Sales (Expert)
- The suitable candidate must have proven track records in Sales and Operations
- Should possess at least 10 years cognate experience from a reputable Real Estate Development Company (or Allied Sector) with a proven track record and ability to deliver sales.
- Should currently reside in Lagos
- Should be able to oversee Sales both in the Real Estate arm of the Business & Farm produce.
Salary is very attractive with commission.
