Job Title: Facility Manager

Responsibilities
- Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering etc
- Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security
- Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water, power are well-maintained
- Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standard
- Draft report and make recommendations
Qualifications
- First degree in Engineering, Management or any relevant course
- Minimum of three years work experience as a Facility Manager
- Great communication skill.
