Job Title: Secretary
REF: SEC
Location: Any City, Nigeria

Description

  • We are looking for seasoned Secretaries for our operations which cover West Africa.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
  • File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Document expenses and hand in reports.

General Qualifications Required

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Secretarial Studies or any related field
  • Relevant training certifications will be an advantage
  • Mature male and female candidates required.

Experience/Competency Required:

  • Minimum of 10 years cognate experience in secretarial management
  • Not less than 38 years old
  • Must have worked as Confidential Secretary to the Managing Director or related position
  • High degree of integrity and confidentiality
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.

Job Title: Zonal Administrator
REF: ADMIN
Location: Different geopolitical zones of Nigeria

Description

  • We are looking for seasoned Administrators for the different geopolitical zones of Nigeria for our operations which cover West Africa.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
  • Manage schedules and deadlines
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and trades persons (e.g. electricians)
  • Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.).

General Qualifications Required

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • Member of the Institute of Chartered Administrators will be an advantage.

Experience/Competency Required:

  • Minimum of 15 years cognate experience – Post professional qualification
  • Not older than 55 years of age
  • Civil service experience desirable
  • High degree of integrity and confidentiality
  • Good communication skills.
