Job Title: Field Sales Officer

Job Summary

  • Achieve primary/secondary sales target in the territory and ensure 100% customer satisfaction at all times.

Job Responsibilities

  • Managing relationships with existing customer base while prospecting for new customers
  • Perform district outlet census and classification, providing coverage of outlet universe in line with district coverage strategy
  • Direct selling to ensure availability and visibility of NASCON products in all retail outlets
  • Rendering a full range of customer support services to promote customer satisfaction and motivation
  • Effective monitoring of market practices by retailers to ensure compliance with NASCON sales policy guidelines and agreed selling prices
  • Carrying out qualitative and quantitative market survey on NASCON and competitive products (including new entrants)
  • Accurate and timely information- dissemination and reports- administration
  • Effective implementation of all trade and consumer promotional activities
  • Preparation of districts sales forecast and periodic reviews of sales objectives.

Qualification/Experience

  • B.Sc Degree, or M.Sc degree in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred
  • 3+ years’ experience in sales & distribution role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Environmental/Industry analysis
  • Relevant professional certification in Membership of Nigeria Institute of Marketing is an advantage.

Competence Requirements:

  • Working Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint packages
  • Ability to plan: monitor and coordinate personals

Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Purpose

  • Responsible for overseeing sales operations, meeting targets and managing the sales team in the region.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensuring product visibility and market availability
  • Managing existing customer relationships while prospecting new customers
  • Pro-sell to high volume outlets and ensure that stocks are delivered within required timeline
  • Submit weekly/monthly activity report to Regional Commercial Manager
  • Establish coverage plan for distributor in assigned territory
  • Ensure distributor operates within the assigned territory and sell at recommended prices
  • Proper route planning for the distributor sales forces
  • Regular updates of relevant outlets as captured by Secondary salesmen
  • Communicate cycle objectives and merchandising priorities to all operational field sales force
  • Manage the relationships between retailers and wholesalers with NASCON and distributors
  • Responsible for the selection/recruitment of secondary salesmen
  • Organizing and supervision of trade marketing activities
  • Management and on the job training of Area sales team.

Qualifications/Experience

  • B.Sc Degree, or M.Sc degree in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred

Job Summary

  • Responsible for designing and developing new products and driving innovation to enhance existing products according to NASCON product roadmap
  • Development of growth strategies that increase market share and the brands reputation.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing new products and driving innovation to enhance existing product
  • Maximizes product profitability and improve product performance
  • Assure competitiveness and innovation of products and processes from a technological and design standpoint
  • Comply with all relevant and required regulations/norms/standards
  • Work closely with product managers to ensure customer focus and target costing; co-develop product roadmaps
  • Coordinate with product development managers in defining the right allocation of the resources
  • Conduct market surveys and analyze report
  • Deploy strategies in testing and assessing product’s acceptability
  • Keeps abreast of current trends, practices, development and regulatory changes which would impact product or formulation.

Qualification/Experience

  • B.Sc Degree, or M.Sc Degree in Food Science, Food Technology. Food Chemistry or equivalent Degree.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years cognate experience in Research & Development within the food industry.
  • Experience with retail or food science manufacturer.
  • Extensive experience in working directly with manufacturing facilities.
  • Relevant professional certification in Food Science is an added advantage.

Job Title: Quality Control Lead

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Summary

  • Develop and integrate measures that will detect and prevent mistakes and defects in the chain of our manufacturing processes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for setting, maintaining and improving quality specification for raw materials, work in progress and finished products
  • Receive and attend to customers’ complaints in a prompt and timely manner
  • Ensure consistent product quality within a frame work of good manufacturing practice
  • Account for process materials, monitoring of key operating parameters and evaluation of technical performance
  • Liaise with Government regulation agencies for example NAFDAC, SON etc. to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Follow up on the implementation of ISO 9001: 2001 QMS, ISO 2200: 2005 food safety management system, Occupational Health and Safety HSAS, 8001: 2007
  • Discuss inspection results with product development team and recommend necessary corrective actions
  • Responsible to accept or reject finished products as the case maybe.
  • Maintain good housekeeping in the laboratory.
  • Keep custody of all laboratory materials including chemicals, measuring devices, documents and equipment.

Qualifications/Experience

  • B.Sc or M.Sc. Degree in Food Science & Technology, Microbiology, Biochemistry or Business Administration is preferred
  • Minimum of 5-7 years’ direct experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of quality assurance standards for software testing
  • Minimum of 5-7 years’ direct experience as a QA Manager for major application integration and/or major application product release
  • Experience in leading a successful intemship program
  • Strong knowledge of system testing metrics, best practices and methodologies.

  • Excellent listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
