Job Title: Immigration Consultant
Location:
 Lagos

Job Summary

  • Their main role is to give advises to clients on their visa application processes; follow up on clients to help them achieve their aims and objectives of coming to EWC.
  • Assisting them to obtain visas and other related immigration documentation. Must be experienced in Canada visa processes.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Displays professionalism, quality service and a “positive” can do attitude.
  • Coordination with Clients, College Representatives to facilitate client documentations.
  • Ensure that all of the information provided by the clients is accurate and correct while preparing and checking all legal documents.
  • Must oversee the completion of all relevant visa application documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the Company, Colleges/Institution, and Authorities.
  • Must have experience in Canada visa application processes.
  • And any other assigned duties by the management.
  • Oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of current Canadian immigration law.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients and staff.
  • Be able to identify issues, analyze facts and determine appropriate case strategy.
  • Effectively utilize online research tools.
  • Must interview all clients and deal with all applications face to face, by email, and, phone calls to ensure that the client is suitable.
  • Supporting clients in immigration program management and compliance.
  • Must oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the government.
  • You must maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues.
  • Must ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.

 

Job Title: Student Admission Director
Location:
 Lagos

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of admissions, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.
  • Promoting universities courses for incoming exchange and study abroad students and developing communication plans for these programmes with partner organization worldwide.
  • Enhances admissions department and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Oversee day-to-day operation of the company.
  • Maintaining admission procedures.
  • Ensure potential student is qualified through admissions criteria.
  • Make high-level decisions about policy and strategy.
  • Create an environment that promotes great performance and positive morale.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and a strategic plan.
  • Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
  • Providing advice and support to university staff that are involved in exchange student activities.
  • Appropriate follow up and consultation with staff.
  • Responding to universities requirements.
  • Get to know the latest scholarships for candidates.
  • To prepare files for new applicants making sure all documentation is included.
  • To respond promptly to a large volume of incoming enquiries both via email and telephone about the institute, it’s programmes, and the admission process.
  • Would be responsible for filling and processing client’s documents.
  • Coordination with Clients, College Representatives to facilitate client documentations.
  • Ensure that all of the information provided by the clients is accurate and correct while preparing and checking all legal documents.
  • To correspond with applicants throughout the admission process to complete their application files and unsure all documentation is collected.
  • Excellent attention to details.

Requirements

  • Years of Experience: 7-10 years of top executive managerial experience
  • Age Limit: 40
  • Nationality: USA (Female)

Preferable Work Background

  • Sales, Management, Finance, Administration, Education.
