Job Title: Service Engineer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Installations of sukam inverters
  • Explaining technical issues to customers about sukam inverters
  • Attending to customer’s complaint at their residential
  • Repairs of all sukam inverters brought to the workshop
  • Installation of sukam solar panel
  • Battery maintenance service.

Requirements

  • Minimum educational standard: OND/HND/B.Sc.
  • Minimum Working Experience: 3 Year related experience
  • Self-motivated and hardworking.
  • Result driven with constant desire to earn high income.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Confident and determined.
  • Resilient
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organisation and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Good interpersonal skills.

Job Title: Service Technician

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose problems of product such as air-condition, fridge, freezer and water dispensers.
  • Collection of spare parts to solve problems
  • Solving problems with spare parts collected.
  • Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports
  • Document processes
  • Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
  • Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
  • Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations

Requirements

  • Minimum educational standard: WAEC/NECO.
  • Minimum Working Experience: 3 Years related experience
  • Self-motivated and hardworking.
