We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Personnel

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • To identify new and innovative markets and ideas to market corporates and individuals amidst an increasingly growing and competitive market
  • Handled all marketing campaign activities including the distribution of marketing materials; including leaflets, posters, flyers and newsletters and campaigns through direct Mail, digital Marketing.
  • Network and Deliver Presentations on the organizations products at relevant events
  • Generate sales leads through communications and ensure the brand recognition grows within the target market
  • Conduct marketing and customer research; analyse and monitor competitors and their strategies
  • Manage the marketing database and email distribution list.

Qualifications/ Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related course
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience and an organized approach to work
  • Experience in presenting to groups
  • Working knowledge of current technology and productive tools including Microsoft office packages; knowledge of marketing tools is an added advantage

Job Title: Business Development Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Purpose

  • The Business Development Officer is responsible for identifying prospects/sales leads, pitch services to new clients, communicate new product development and maintain a good working relationship with clients and contacts.

Responsibilities
Marketing:

  • Perform market research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.
  • Create and improve proposals for our existing and new clients.
  • Develop creative strategies to retain the clients including interviewing them to take their feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan
  • Maintain a knowledge repository of clients, referrals, RFPs, prospects and presentations.
  • Determine cross-selling opportunities among different offices
  • Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with the Managing partners to achieve revenue goals
  • Prepare the company budget and continually track expenses, as well as make sure we’re on track to hit revenue targets.
  • Develop and deliver pitches for potential investors and communicate new product development.

Qualifications/Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related course
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience and an organized approach to work
  • Excellent analytical skills: you must have an eye for detail!
  • The ability to travel to meet clients, attend conferences and research new markets as needed.

 

Job Title: Sales Personnel

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Plan and direct the day-to-day operations of the store.
  • Develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, increase profitability, create store policies and marketing programs that will increase sales and grow the existing customer base.
  • Maintain high visual merchandising standards, store standards and conditions and foster a positive environment.
  • Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
  • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
  • Ensure customer needs are met, complaints are resolved and service is quick and efficient.

Qualifications/ Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field
  • Experience in sales.
  • An excellent customer service orientation and commitment.

 

Job Title: Office Operations Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Descriptions
Office and Team Support:

  • Act as a first point of contact for the Company, including enquiries which may be emotive, distressing and complex in nature;
  • Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
  • Oversee budgeting, reporting, and planning.
  • Maintain record-keeping systems; ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
  • Keep management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
  • Maintain office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Assist the HR with recruiting when necessary
  • Keep appropriate stock of all office supplies and ensure stock refill measures are maintained

Facility Management:

  • Ensure periodic maintenance of office space & all facilities and monitor maintenance work.
  • Review and Approve supply requisitions; evaluate suppliers and maintain vendors list.
  • Ensure the payment of duly verified statutory and utility bills, and ensure all utilities are in good working order at all material times.
  • Proper and efficient management of Utilities including but not limited to power supply, generators, AC, water etc.

Qualifications/ Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or a related course
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
  • Proven track record of self-leadership, use of initiative and proactive behavior;
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft office package especially MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
