Job Description
- Outstanding people skills, and strong in-person, written and oral communication skills
- Ability to create targeted proposals customized to the specific needs of the client
- Contract negotiation experience
- Strong organizational and analytic skills
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to support and motivate others
- Strong sales skills, including prospecting, forecasting, pitching, presenting, and closing contracts
- Proven track record of achieving measurable goals
- Ability to work well under pressure and proven ability to meet deadlines
- Technologically savvy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a B.Sc Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Management or any related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Sales Executive in a construction company.
