Job Title: Graduate IT Trainee
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Documents, troubleshoots and develops technical solutions related to software, application setup, implementation and deployment issues with clients
- Escalates urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate internal resources.
- Resolving escalated customer complaints without the need for team lead intervention.
- Analytically minded and a fast learner
- The ability to interact with a wide range of staff in the organization.
- Confident and possess leadership skills
- Smart working, diligent and trustworthy
- Ready to be part of a team and work with the team to meet tight schedules
- Able to adapt to a tough and fast environment
- Taking ownership of technical issues and working with our Consultants to resolve more advanced issues when necessary.
Qualifications
- Candidate must have a minimum of a HND/B.Sc degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
- Must have completed NYSC
- One year working experience desirable but not compulsory.
